Shipping & Delivery
The JPL Store ships from a variety of manufacturers across the United States. Your order may arrive to you in multiple shipments and the shipping of your order(s) may be delayed. If we have your product on site at The JPL Store, it is our goal to fulfill all orders within seven (7) business days. After we fulfill an order, the time it takes to get to you will depend on the carrier and shipping method that you chose.
All packages are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service.
The JPL Store and our ecommerce fulfillment center are closed on weekends, federal holidays, and JPL required off-property days. JPL Store closed days can delay shipping and delivery timelines.

Change or Cancel an Order Before Shipping
Once an order is entered into our system (automatically done when you place the order) and begins to be shipped, we cannot change or cancel that order. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you recently placed an order and would like to try and change or cancel it prior to us shipping it to you.
We are currently unable to ship internationally, but we're working on it and hope to be able to do so soon!
